Present for You – especially for kids, especially for Christmas
Present for You is a charitable venture that creates personalised Santa bags for children in need at Christmastime. To give the gift of time, materials, a donation or sponsorship, please get in touch – you’ll be helping us give more Kiwi children a very special Christmas.
How Present for You works:
- Generous businesses and individuals give the gift of money and materials, including fabrics, ribbons, and cutting services.
- Students and other volunteers give the gift of their time and sewing skills to make the Santa bags during the year.
- As Christmas approaches, the bags are personalised with each child’s name once we learn which children need a little more joy in their world.
- On Christmas Day, hundreds of underprivileged Kiwi children will experience the joy and excitement of receiving their very own Christmas present, in their own Santa bag, with their name on it.
- Our Santa bags are sustainable, washable and reusable, so that children can use them again for many Christmases to come. They really are the gift that keeps on giving!
You can also gift a maker’s kit to friends and family members – and we’ll gift a Santa bag to a child in need.
